Community Foundation of North Florida awards grants to 11 nonprofits
Eleven local non-profits received grants from the Community Foundation of North Florida (CFNF) through the organization’s “Helping Today, Shaping Tomorrow” grant program.
Each nonprofit will receive $5,000 from the foundation’s total $55,000 program distribution this year, which focuses on “support to nonprofits with a commitment to education (birth through fifth grade) and addressing basic needs in Tallahassee and neighboring communities.”
“It gives us pleasure to be able to support these outstanding organizations that are working tirelessly to support education and address basic needs,” said CFNF President and CEO Katrina Rolle in a statement. ” These grants reflect our commitment to improving the quality of life for all members of our community.”
