United Way of the Brazos Valley opens Impact Grant applications

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The 2025-2027 Community Impact Grant application is opening in January for non-profits in the Brazos Valley.

The grant is worth between $10,000 and $40,000 for two years for nonprofits in Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, and Washington counties.

Kat Gammon, vice president of community impact at United Way of the Brazos Valley, said all you need to do to be eligible is be a 501(c)(3) organization and you have the right financials.

“We have a committee full of community volunteers, and they review each application. They’ll score them, and then from there we will take the ones that move on to the second phase of the process. We will actually go out to those organizations and- see their work in action,” she explained.

The application window opens Tuesday, January 14, 2025, and closes on February 14.
