The Toccoa Stephens County Humane Shelter has been announced as the winner of the Main Street Toccoa 17th annual Festival of Trees, an event supporting local non-profits through creative and community-driven fundraising. This year, 10 beautifully decorated trees were displayed at the Historic Stephens County Courthouse, with each tree representing a local organization.
